At present, JayBella Designs have only recently taken the giant leap from hobbyist to actually selling some of my creations.  I’d like to learn how to walk before I try to run.

Presently, I am only selling and shipping to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Every item for sale at JayBella Designs has been lovingly and carefully hand-crafted by a hobbyist.  All items are ‘one offs’ and are not created in multiples.  When creating new items, I normally buy in small amounts of supplies and play around with the designs to establish the best look.

I have not made any of the items intentionally for sale and each item is unique.  I recently realised how many items I’d created and thought others may like to sift through some of my creations and purchase some.  This will help to secure funds for further supplies and enable me to continue in designing some beautiful pieces.

Once your order has been placed and accepted, the item(s) will be carefully packaged up and posted via Royal Mail first class.  The website will send you a message to confirm the order has been received.

At JayBella Designs, there is one flat rate for postage – ZERO!

The price you see is the price you pay.  There is no VAT (I’m a hobbyist and not a business) included in the price and the purchase price includes delivery costs.

Should an order be recived before 2pm on a weekday, I shall aim to have the item(s) packages and despatched the same day.

Items are sent via Royal Mail first class post.  Unfortunately, once posted, I have no control of delivery times.  Royal Mail indicate on their website that they aim to deliver first class mail on the next working day (but, as ever, their website has some fine print which further defines their service so you may want to check that out if any items appear to be delayed).

Our payment gateway is provided by Square who provide industry standard ‘end to end’ encrypted merchant services.  JayBella Designs DO NOT store any of you financial information.  When you present items for payment, Square merchant services gather your payment details and process the transaction for you on my behalf.

In recent months, the Law has changed in respect to distance shopping so please don’t be too alarmed if your bank conducts their own security or validation checks whilst conducting the sale through the Square interface.

Square accept payment from Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Payu.  There are no extra charges for making payment via Square.

The JayBella Designs website is protected by secure connections to our customer’s computers. You may notice the HTTPS at the start of the web address or maybe the padlock icon which appears.

This just means that from the moment you visit the website to when you leave, all data you send as well as the data you receive cannot be interfered with throughout it’s journey.  The only way data can be at risk is if the website fails to connect via HTTPS (your browser would give you a stern warning if this secure link breaks).  All data you transmit and receive will be secured via the secure connection – so don’t worry.

Once an order has been fulfilled, a cofirmation message will be sent to your email address (so be sure to type your email address in correctly).  I do not charge VAT as I am not VAT registered but, should you specifically need an invoice, use the contact form and one will be produced for you.

I enjoy making unique and beautiful collections of jewellery and other similar things as a hobby.  You will clearly see from the keenly priced items on the website that the items are being sold on for enjoyment as opposed to making massive profits.  I enjoy making beautiful items and hope you enjoy them too and consider buying some for yourself, your friends and family – they make wonderful gifts.

Due to the very keen prices (and the fact there is no postage costs), it would be insane of me to offer items at discounted prices – the prices are already so low.

Having said that, should an order be placed over £50 (in one transaction), I shall arrange 10% discount on the total order value.  The more I am able to sell, the more income I will have to purchase more supplies to keep on making such wonderful creations.  Thanks in advance for any purchases you decide to make.

I hope you enjoy some of the wonderful creations on display at JayBella Designs. Whilst I try to ensure every item is carefully lovingly crafted, occasionally, some components may let me down.

All items are sold as seen and I do my best to provide photographs which accurately display the items.  Occasionally, colours may differ slightly from the images due to differences in screen colour and brightness settings.

Should an item arrive in a faulty condition, please contact me via the contact form and I’ll be in touch to advise on how we can resolve your concern.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for items which you receive but dislike.

All items available from JayBella are created out of joy for the hobby.  Sometimes, you may see a design which you feel may look great with a little twist – or maybe a different colour.

Should suitable components become available, I am open to bespoke designs but, due to the nature of bespoke, prices will reflect bespoke.

Use the contact form as required.
